Playing with some lump
« on: April 15, 2014, 04:30:58 PM »
Got some royal oak and gave it a go. I like the heat and the flavor, I'll be using this again. Here's my last two cooks using the lump. Had teriyaki kabobs on at the same time as fried rice but didn't think about a pic. Enjoy!

Hard to believe it all fits on one kettle at the same time (used baskets)

Fried rice never tasted so good!

Looking good. That wok is on my list. On another note, we were just in San Diego for a week. You lucky dog. We didn't want to come back.

Agreed! I love the seasons we have here, Spring and Summer. We get a few days of rain and it might get cold a couple of nights, shit it was in the 30's this year  8) but we survived.

The wok was grate, put it on top of two full baskets. Will be doing up quite a bit of stir fries now that I broke it in.
