The swineapple looks like a good one to try sometime!
I wound up wrapping it up in bacon and smoking it. I didn't quite go low and slow but I had it on there a good 90 mins with a little apple wood tossed on top of the charcoal. I tried out the 18" redhead to see how it did with smoking.
18" did pretty well!
Just about ready to come off. I had a small pan of water and a charcoal basket in the basement.
All plated up.. it was delicious! (I tossed some zucchini on the grill while the pork was resting..)
