I figured we had close to 12" on the ground so I put a chicken on the roti while I shoveled out all the cars. I rubbed it with a little symeons. Turned out great.
Sorry no plate pics, it got picked to death right off the spit.

That looks really, really good. The pics I see on here of y'all using the rotisserie makes me think that I need to get one. My wife is going to make me stop coming on here.
