Grilled jalapeño bacon stuffed portobello mushrooms

Threw a little concoction together tonight . Bacon on the cast iron , garlic , jalapeños from my garden last year . Cream cheese and pepper jack cheese . Fist time trying these and they were really good . Everyone was on board !!!!

Wow that looks great! I love the marriage of Jalepeno poppers and stuffed fungus.

I usually stuff mushrooms with sausage. I'm going to have to give this a try!
