Roto chicken with a twist.
« on: January 01, 2019, 09:15:59 AM »
No plans to grill for New Year's eve but wife wanted chicken salad at the last minute. Fortunately we had defrosted chicken so i quickly fired up the grill and threw it in the rotisserie. Unlikely most folks that uses a kettle, most of my rotisseries are done directly or semi direct. Better flavor and it actually uses less coal.

100k btu burner gets the charcoal ready in 5 minutes.

Homemade with a 10 gauge ss ventilated sheet along with a handle heat shield and charcoal grate from a Weber chimney.
