First cook on P code coppermist MT
« on: August 06, 2018, 09:16:37 PM »
Got this a few months back and it kinda collected dust till today. Put this back together with a bit of help from my 7 and 4 year old (they applied top pressure so I could replace the ash sweeps). Prime rib eye reverse seared with cherry wood over the drip and griddle using the original slow and sear... pic heavy.

Wow, amazing cook. I hope it tasted half as good as it looks. Nice kettle too...

I would be hard pressed not to use her as a daily, beautiful grill, and again another awesome cook!!
Seeking a Black Sequoia I know I know, I'd settle for just the tabbed no leg grill

Excellent job, Chef.

I noticed, however, you miscounted your protein.

My steak is missing! [emoji57]

Good looking cook on a sweet grail of a brown MT! I hope to find a brown OT + or Master Touch.
