Ribs on "The Caribbean"
« on: September 04, 2017, 01:31:22 PM »
Took my ladies to our local parade today. Anyone want some candy? Please?!?!
Got to spend some time with my local union brothers and sisters and their families, meet our local fire and police men and women and just enjoy this beautiful day and good people.
Got home in time to turn the ballgame on the radio and fire up the Cado for a rack of spares dusted with some "Killer Hogs", some awesome Conecuh sausage that @wessonjb sent me, and if there are ribs going then there are basement beans happening.
The beans are Bush's original with added peppers, onion, half a seeded jalapeņo,  brown sugar, ground mustard and Killer Hogs sauce. Also added the flap meat from the ribs.
Hope everyone enjoyed the day, and their families.
Have a good one, fella's!

Sounds like a great day.  Looks like your getting the same great weather we are enjoying. I can't help but feel a little guilty because of the hurricane areas.
