First time cedar plank salmon
« on: August 28, 2017, 07:38:11 PM »
I finally decided to take the plunge and make some cedar plank salmon. It was a take on this recipe https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=z_3Y9p8mTe0&feature=youtu.be from @AnotherPintPls I couldn’t find fresh dill so it was just salt, pepper and lemon. It still turned out really good for the first time. Was starting to flake at about 15 minutes so I pulled it. Probably could have went a little bit longer but didn’t want to risk ruining it.

Just on the grill:
