Smoked pork butt on the kettle !

Have the day off today, decided to smoke me a hunk of meat . Started about 6am . And letter her go low and slow all day... so far so good . I'm thinking maybe some pulled pork nachos with the left over meat! I wrap my prob cord in foil. Try to keep it from getting all coated in smoke .  Wish I could do this everyday!
