I made these burgers by combining ground pork, my usual rib rub and Worcestershire sauce. I used a little hickory and cooked them off of the direct heat with the lid on..then I reverse seared them on the cast iron center attachment. Then topped them with some Stubbs and sharp cheddar
. I also seasoned some chicken with sazon seasoning for my wife to make salads for work.lol
