Beans
« on: May 13, 2017, 04:20:23 AM »
We recently saw the TV commercial for Grillin' Beans and figured to give them a try.  My local market had them on sale as a 2fer. Made the Bourbon and Brown Sugar which was quite tasty. And I have a can of the Honey Chipotle that sounds interesting. I know many of you in this forum probably make your own from scratch, but if you don't have the time, this is a decent product. We don't do baked beans here much because we tend to make Chana (chick peas) instead.  So this is a big convenience for us. Yummmmm!

We doctor them up out of the can. Good to know. Thanks for the tip.

Those Grillin' Beans are pretty good and I also add to them to customize the flavor.

If we were meant to grill with gas then the garden of Eden would have had a pipeline

If I'm making a quick bit of beans, Bush's is my go to.  If I'm making some pit/drip  beans, I just buy the cheapest no name brand.
