Man I love this thing

The warmup


Hot Fire




The ingredients
Chopped marinated Pork tenderloin(not center cut pork loin, the filet mignon of pork)
frozen Broccoli
water chestnuts
cashews and classic stir fry sauce(has a soy base)


Done served over quinoa


Sooooo good

Oh and an action shot of the color change

Soooo good is right! That sounds and looks awesome LB.

And cool idea sandwiching in some extra briquettes between the char baskets. Gets you a nice wide footprint for that wok - smart man!! 8)

Damn! Over quinoa too, looks super good and super healthy. That's how my wife's got me eating nowadays. I'm gonna show her this post, and hopefully she'll buy me a wok.

Sharp looking cook. My girlfriend has a thin metal wok I really need to bust out and play with. If I like it maybe I'll get the CI wok.

@LightningBoldtz  Funny, when I saw your lead-in comment "Man I love this thing" and saw your C&B GG, I couldn't help but think you meant the Grass Green Perf,   LoL.

Yes, I guess a WoK could be the object of your affection, but I love the way my Grass Green transitions to an Avocado when she gets hot, and not any of my WoKs :)                        SJ   

EDIT:  I forgot to mention what a great non-carb choice your Quinoa was and how great that Stir-Fry looked.

@SmokenJoe I could see how my comments could confuse but at the time I was referring to the WOK not the kettle.  However, I do love that performer too.

There are so many great healthy combinations that you can make up and it is so easy to do, I love it.
