I took some leftover boneless skinless breasts split them and loaded them up with cream cheese sautéed spinach and Prosciutto held all the goodness together with bacon. Used a full lit compact chimney of Stubbs poured over half a chimney of un lit. Used some applewood for smoke. Temps held around 350 for 40mins. Made a honey mustard glaze to finish. They were phenomenal.

The shape of your breasts is really nice. Did you do butterfly them and roll them up, pound them flat, or just cut a slit down the middle? Mine usually look end up looking like I saved a half chewed chicken breast from the dog and sewed it back together. They taste good but definitely aren't pretty!
