Grilled Peaches and Burrata

Slice and olive oiled peaches grilled direct.


Served over burrata with some chopped basil and a balsamic reduction.


Inspired by a similar dish by Travis Lett at Gjelina.


Turned out really well.  Super ripe/sweet peaches are the key.

Burrata with tomato is one of my favorite dishes this looks killer thanks for sharing.
