Another quick and easy dessert that's sure to impress your guests and family. You can top them with any of your favorite fruits and berries.
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook time 15-20 minutes
Ingredients
Pizza crust( non flavored ) Boboli reg thin crust is my preference - marcarpone cheese - sugar -cinnamon- fruit
Sweeten the Italian cream cheese to suit your taste with any sweetener you like, add cinnamon if you wish . Spread the cheese on the crust about 1/4 inch thick or so . Add sliced fruit and grill at 350-400 until the cheese in melty and the crust crisp about 15 minutes. Allow to cool slightly then drizzle with chocolate syrup and dust with powdered sugar.
If you can't wait for it cool , we understand
Thanks for looking and see the entire cook over on the 18 challenge thread
