Hog Wash Wings
« on: March 21, 2015, 09:24:52 AM »
Chicken wings and drummies marinated a few hours in Smokey Dave's Hog Wash grilling sauce and then seasoned with a buffalo wing rub.

-----

Cooked indirect around the Vortex and smoked with apple...

-----

These made for some delicious hot wings, crispy skin and moist meat just the way we like them!

Thanks for looking!

I'm not hungry, but now I'm hungry...did you finish with any sauce?

No additional sauce Andrew, just served as is.
