I started with some meatballs and a bacon weave meat loaf, my kids love this stuff

Used the C&B performer...

Glazed with The BBQ Sauce from Malcolm Reed

And plated with taters, fresh homemade biscuits n strawberry jam

And the finished meatloaf, we'll slice it for lunch today.

What a babe...

She's got ribs on for Saturday night

And done

First time doing store trimmed loin back and first time without foil, turned out very well.

It's still on my list for doing a meat loaf this fall! My wife and I have a bit of a contest/disagreement on what meatloaf should be!
