Fish tacos on the SJ

Heating the coals


Fresh halibut, a coat of olive oil + smoked salt & pepper


Four minutes on one side, three on the other


Heat up the tortillas


Seasoning, some salsa verde mixed with creama, chopped cilantro and green onion
