Cooked on the WSM...
After the third pic, it got wrapped in foil pan/foil and smothered in butter. Turned out great and super moist.

Thanksgiving turkey I made for my parents this year on my Weber kettle. This was my 2nd one I made. Both times they where 14lb fresh turkeys. Cook time was around 5 hours 15 minutes. at around 300 degrees.
