Fire Sauce
« on: September 14, 2013, 12:23:15 PM »
Just made some Fire Sauce for the Fight tonight.  This stuff HOT but it tastes great.

10 Jalapeņos
2 Habanero's
10 Tabasco Peppers
2 Roma Tomatoes
5 Garlic Cloves
1 cup of water
Salt to taste.

Roasted (make them angry) on the Q-100 then let them sweat it out for an hour in a zip-loc.

Done sweating

Into my mini Food Processor

Done and in the Fridge

The best part about this is that everything but the garlic came out of my garden.  Thanks for looking ;)

Wow. I'll bet that's really hot!  Sounds great though. What are you putting it on?

Man, that looks good! I would love to try some, especially right out if the garden.
