Seasoned up three ribeyes: 2 with Cavender's Greek Seasoning and 1 with Uncle Chris' Gourmet Steak Seasoning:

Fired up a full chimney of charcoal and loaded up the newer Weber CGA (P code).  The grate looks better than the one on my A code CGA.

I thought a full chimney may be too much.  The coals were about are 1-2 inches from the grate.

Put a very nice sear on the steaks when the coals are that close.

Plated up with steamed veggies and a big baked tater in the man cave with Sunday Night Football on the big screen.

Looks good! An entire chimney of charcoal must have made for some heat on the CGA. Did you come to any conclusions on the different seasonings? Most of the time when I try different stuff I find the difference so subtle as to be difficult to detect. (Except the last two racks of ribs I made. I put a bit too much of my rub on one rack and it wasn't as good as a result.)

Is there anything better than steaks on the GA!?!?

Nice cook, they look great!

Do they do the CI grates for the GA there?
