Let me admit I'm a fan of well done 7-11 hotdogs & so on but not much else in the way of "saushigery", (if there is such a word).
I tried a simple experiment last night.
I impaled 4 Bratwursts on the tines of the roti's forks & cooked them slowly over a drip pan of water with just one basket of charcoal way off to the side. I let them run for quite a while so they had that "been on the hot rollers for a while" color.
They were awesome!
