Rump???
« on: August 10, 2018, 10:39:14 AM »
Okay fellas.. Here goes...

Mrs. Grillfella picked up some Organic Grass Fed beef roasts....

In all of my grillin'.... I have NEVER done up a Rump...

Thinking of Low n Slow on the WSM like you would a brisket.

Simple rub SPG and a little Cayenne.

Any feed back for this "Mystery Meat"??

TIA...

Lets just say I have acquired a few Kettles.  Big and small.   Vintage and New...  Some say I have a problem.  I find the Kettle, buy the Kettle, USE the Kettle...No problem...

Thinking I would go with a reverse sear to 130-135F and slice really thin for RB sandwiches

I'd marinate that and then spin it on the roti.

I like my Kettles like my coffee....strong and black.
