Nothing like reverse sear. Just did a 2lb boneless Ribeye. I don’t brag much but I think my steak game is strong.

Good looking cooks all! What is on the B/S thighs? I like herbs and need some more flavor profiles to add to the mix. Did you cook indirect to not scorch them?
