Lemon-Butter Chicken RecipeI found this recipe on weber.com and wanted to give a shot. It looked pretty quick and easy, and it was. I managed to get some decent pics, so thought I would share them here.
This is after prepping the chicken, as described in the recipe
Pre-heating the grill. I’m using Weber Briquettes for this cook.
Maggie wants me to throw the frisbee, not fiddle with the grills!
This is right after the initial 5 minutes, over direct heat.
I’m ready to take these off at this point. The Hazy Little Thing is delicious!
Ready to rest, while I throw the asparagus on.

I cooked this, the way the recipe described, and it was spot on. The lemon flavor was very prominent, but not overpowering. I’m very pleased with the results and my family enjoyed it too!
