Had a couple really good cooks recently. I got a kitchenaid for my birthday and I am in love with making bread right now. Did some basic burgers with 80/20 chuck, guacamole, bacon and home made potatoe rolls.
Today I did pepper stout beef with some home made pretzel buns. Did the chuck on the WSM and finished the braise on the Genesis. I must say that this is one if the best things I have smoked. Topped the sandwich with pepper jack and horseradish, super tasty!
Thanks for looking. Hope you fellas have a great weekend! Grill on!

Whoa... That all looks amazing.
I gave up on making bread, but I don't have a mixer. More info on those buns, please!

Here is the recipe I used for the buns:
http://www.kingarthurflour.com/recipes/pretzel-sandwich-buns-recipe
I have had nothing but good luck with King Arthur recipes and products. I even use their pizza dough recipe and always have great results.
Thanks for all the kind words gents. Now I gotta fugure out whats going on the grill tonight.
