Doing my first real smoke
« on: July 03, 2016, 04:36:48 AM »
2 3lb chuck roasts in the kettle. Makes me wish that I had a 26 or ranch.

Bought a recipe online.....thought it was something else but giving the dry rub and bbq sauce a shot. I've never done either home made before.

Awesome, can't wait to see the results. Heres what I came up with when I recently did a couple tri tips and needed more real estate. GOOD LUCK!!

That looks really, really, good, Josh.  Here's another option that most find very appealing.  You may needs to do a little ingredient subbing . . . .

Hmm might just have to try out that recipe next time. I'm doing the same smoke again except on my performer this time.
