It's really simple... Use white vinegar, a few cloves of garlic, a little bit of salt and a little sugar to taste. Put all the peppers, garlic, onions, carrots, etc., in a blender, add vinegar , salt, and sugar (I used 1TBS each for a large mason jar) to desired thickness, and put in a mason jar.
I haven't done this as I didn't have a smoker at the time, but smoke the peppers, onions, garlic, etc., before blending and adding vinegar.
