DON'T FORGET THE ASPARAGUS!  it's not just for breakfast anymore!

Yeah, it's wasn't snowing at my house.

Here are some chicken quarters I did but since it was just me and my wife I didn't make a ton of extra like I would do if I had more people eating.  Nothing too special.  Chicken Quarters prepped with fresh ground peppercorn, garlic and a little Dizzy Dust Rub.  I also had some pizza sausage I bought just to try and I have to say it was really good.  I seared the chicken quarters and then indirect heat for about 35 minutes at around 375 degrees.  Dark on the top but tasted great and was really juicy.

Platinum Performer Kettle (In Blue), OTG (In Blue)
Genesis Gasser (In Blue), Smokey Joe (Uline Lime)
Looking to buy (18.5 blue or brownie and blue lantern)

That's some nice looking Asparagus Stu! ... and I think I spy an old friend in the background  ;)

Have you ever tried wrapping the gus' in prosciutto? It's REALLY good stuff!

Thats a keen eye, 604!

LOVE the prosciutto wrapped asparagus, but its a bit more labor-intensive than I was really feeling over the weekend.
