Grilled Mac and Cheese Balls

Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside , these were worth a little effort , but worked out perfectly and oh so easy , cheap too.
Made some bread crumbs spiced those up a bit
Set up a dredge station
Grill about 20 minutes at 425
Added jalapeņo and a few extra cheeses , served with a lime sour cream salsa , I've done several versions now got it dialed in for the grill
