Surf 'n Turf

My son came home from college this weekend, AND the store had a nice sale on lobster tails, so it seemed like a good excuse for Surf 'n Turf. Split a bone-in ribeye between the two of us, along with the tails, grilled asparagus, and roasted potatoes with bacon, onion, rosemary, parsley, and garlic. My picky eater was happy and is now trying to arrange a father/son gathering tomorrow night (volunteering me to cook ... which is ok since they are also apparently volunteering another Dad for nice cigars and scotch ... making a tenderloin sound like a bargain)

Yes, I love to occasionally add lobster tails to the mix. I don't do them often enough to really know what I'm doing with lobster tails, but luckily, they're pretty simple, and melted butter can usually fix anything I do to screw them up.
