Finally got around to smoking a Chuck Roast.  It came out just all right in my opinion.  I was expecting it to be a bit more moist, but I think it was more on the dry side.  I'm surprised because it had good marbling.  Dang good smoke ring too, and a nice hickory flavor.  About 8 1/2 hours on the Weber Smokey Mountain, followed by two in a cooler.  Needless to say, we all enjoyed it, and the kids went home with the leftovers.

Very good looking dinner and those plates are too cool!  We did chops on the kamado last night.... might just have to post them even though not on a Weber...
