Looks wonderful, well done!

Thank you.  Yours look mighty delicious also.  Was yours a two pack?  I'm sure you have or had a lot left over.  Did you eat it all, give it away to neighbors and friends and/or freeze the rest?

Thanks, the ones I did over the weekend turned out really good.  Yes, we usually get these at Costco and two come in a pack - bone removed so I have to tie them to keep shape.  No way we could eat all of that at once lol... I bought a Vevor chamber vac sealer earlier this year to replace a food saver that we used until it couldn't take any more.  Amazing upgrade, this thing seals so fast and so well I'd never go back to the suction type.  We netted about 10 one pound packs from this cook.  We kept one pound out for dinner and small leftovers, labeled and froze the rest.  We usually give a pound to my mom, Kellee's parents, our son who's local and sometimes neighbors and friends.  It's also very easy to warm up a pack sous vide style in the bag.  This unit is heavy, so we keep it on the small beer fridge in the laundry room that's right off the kitchen.  Easy to pack and seal the bags, being in close proximity.  I also roast 2 to 4 chickens at a time and pull / bag / seal the meat for various recipes and our Beaux's meals.  Not sure I could do without it at this point.

Cheers!
