Thanks Dazzo.. We really like this grill as well.... I got it used from someone who might have used it once.   Best $50 spent!  I think the Lodge griddle I use on it cost more lol.

The jalapeños i let sit on the counter for several days, sliced them almost thin into a bowl covered in plastic wrap, shake the seeds off the pith,and BOOMZA!! Hot'R than HELL YAYA BABY PIZZA!!!!

Bacon,  sausage, jalapeños. I like 2 layers of cheese so the groceries don't run off in the middle of dinner.
