Thanks Joe, it's another really nice day. Hot but nice - thankful for the pool! Pork butt on at 10 this morning - not for dinner, just pulled pork sandwiches through the week for the family.

Thanks! Haha yeah I'm a picture guy. Pork butt was finally ready last night at midnight... my oldest son and I wrapped it in two layers of foil, two towels and it sat in a dry cooler until 7am this morning. I was worried about the temp, but it was still at 145F when I pulled it. Into the fridge and ready for sandwiches whenever anyone gets hungry.

Glad you liked the Red Snapper throats! I'm going 50 miles offshore on Friday and hope to catch red snapper, trigger fish and amberjack, a bonus would be a wahoo.
