These are fun to do and awesome to eat, recipe from Drago's New Orleans. I used a rack from the oven to be able to remove the all at one time, it worked well.(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210910/eefd7afe8113e05de402692f61f8c7bc.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210910/bf2c5994b37615a1741ca1ceab58038c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210910/1fa3d0fe7b55baf74401d9972f06e461.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210910/f7f8657f11b7a692133a7cc3f77a9077.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20210910/28db9646d35977b139027ad2d85df79c.jpg)

Heck yea Joe, they look tasty! I hope Tami left you a few to eat! Haha
I'm bringing oysters to the SE meetup in 15 days! Do you think a bushel (80-100 oysters) will be enough?
Cheers

Should be plenty and we can't wait, I'll be popping some raw for sure
One of my favorites! I love COOKED oysters. I have had them raw....they weren't bad...it's just after about 3 of them, my stomach said no more or I'm sending them back up. Those look spectacular. Great job.
