These are fun to do and awesome to eat, recipe from Drago's New Orleans. I used a rack from the oven to be able to remove the all at one time, it worked well.

I'm bringing oysters to the SE meetup in 15 days! Do you think a bushel (80-100 oysters)  will be enough?

One of my favorites! I love COOKED oysters. I have had them raw....they weren't bad...it's just after about 3 of them, my stomach said no more or I'm sending them back up. Those look spectacular. Great job.
