Title: Roto turky help again please
Post by: SMOKE FREAK on September 24, 2019, 04:33:23 PM
I know I asked this before but I cant find it. This forum is a little harder to navigate (for me) than the place I call home...

Gonna spin a 12# bird (probably this weekend) and need a little advice form the experts.

I doubt I'll brine and I know how to season the bird. But I know y'all had a bit different set up for the lit coals when doing turkeys. Hopefully someone can guide me so my first one isn't my last one...

Thanks in advance. This place is a wealth of information.

+1 on the technique. I use it every thanksgiving, Christmas and Easter.
