(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/Get%20together%20by%20the%20grills_zpsnr3f85jr.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/Get%20together%20by%20the%20grills_zpsnr3f85jr.jpg.html)

This is a "Brisket" that my buddy Chuck brined for one week never did one on a rotisserie but thought I would give it a try! Cooking on my old and trusty black grill!
Just On...
(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/brisket%20on%20rotisserie%20uncooked_zpsurum2cxi.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/brisket%20on%20rotisserie%20uncooked_zpsurum2cxi.jpg.html)
After about 2hrs..
(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/brisket%20on%20rotisserie_zpswqgf8u3r.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/brisket%20on%20rotisserie_zpswqgf8u3r.jpg.html)

The Irish stew the trinity of ingredients
(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/Irish%20flag%20veggies_zpsvboxoyj3.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/Irish%20flag%20veggies_zpsvboxoyj3.jpg.html)

The Lamb 10Lbs total
(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/Lamb_zpstgoriei1.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/Lamb_zpstgoriei1.jpg.html)

(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/Lamb%202_zpsqvfbphlv.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/Lamb%202_zpsqvfbphlv.jpg.html)

(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/lamb%20seasoned_zpsxvtehmjs.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/lamb%20seasoned_zpsxvtehmjs.jpg.html)

(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/Lamb%20in%20dutch%20oven%201_zpss2ausbkw.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/Lamb%20in%20dutch%20oven%201_zpss2ausbkw.jpg.html)

A few onions for the stew
(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/Lamb%20in%20dutch%20oven%202_zpsjeysdama.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/Lamb%20in%20dutch%20oven%202_zpsjeysdama.jpg.html)

Done with the stew
(http://i1159.photobucket.com/albums/p639/ctwhyme1/stew%20in%20bowl_zpswssakqlo.jpg) (http://s1159.photobucket.com/user/ctwhyme1/media/stew%20in%20bowl_zpswssakqlo.jpg.html)

It was good! Perfect color, great smoke taste! I would change a few things though.. I had it on the rotisserie for about 4 and 1/2 hours! It was pickled for a week, then brined with spices and peppercorn! A little too salty! Also the texture was a little tough! Now modified.. A little more time at the lowest setting you can hit. (Aim for 240-250) or else the new coal will not take! Less pickling.. I think I may try again soon! Thanks TB80
