Outstanding. The bread in the Kettle Pizza put this cook right over the top guys. Wow.
Thanks guys! 10 lbs of lamb for Irish stew, 9 lbs brisket on the rotisserie, 5 lbs of double mashed potatoes, 7 lbs of corn beef sliced for Irish "Rueben" sandwiches, and 4 lbs of Irish bangers! And of course..... Beer!!
Wow, what an awesome job guys! The stew looks amazing and must have been perfect to go along with those brews!
Also love the Weber cart table
Forgot to mention that I think someone thought that we would have not need to buy beer next year if they planted something...

LOL as of now no one has taken credit! I asked shoestringshop he said no! ::) makes me wonder
Who puts a "Brisket" on a rotisserie you nut! Wow could believe it turned out as great as it did! next time you should try something else that has not been done on a weber kettle... maybe a PIZZA you freak! LMAO
Well, I think you guys won.
Side note. If you want to let go of the blue MT, we are hoping to make a trip home this summer.
Epic friggin' cook ya'll! Dig that planted beer bottle. I like to put one on top of the garage door opener. Better keep lookin! TFS!
It was good! Perfect color, great smoke taste! I would change a few things though.. I had it on the rotisserie for about 4 and 1/2 hours! It was pickled for a week, then brined with spices and peppercorn! A little too salty! Also the texture was a little tough! Now modified.. A little more time at the lowest setting you can hit. (Aim for 240-250) or else the new coal will not take! Less pickling.. I think I may try again soon! Thanks TB80
Absolute "tour-de-force" ... great cook up, great friends, great time ... it's why we cook outdoors :) SJ
