« on: March 20, 2016, 02:05:11 PM »
So my first time posting pictures so I hope this works 

This is me by my grills we had 5 going

Now we had Left to right (Al, Phil, me Cary CTWhyme, and Dan Shoestringshop)

This is a “Brisket” that my buddy Chuck brined for one week never did one on a rotisserie but thought I would give it a try! Cooking on my old and trusty black grill!
Just On...

After about 2hrs..

The Irish stew the trinity of ingredients

The Lamb 10Lbs total

A few onions for the stew

Done with the stew

Now we are going to have all that stew....what good with stew? IRISH Soda Bread ;D
How to get it, Buy, bake it in the oven? Shit no! get Dan @Shoestringshop to bring the KettlePizza over and bake it! ;)

Now all is on the grill time for snacks and refreshments!
Irish bangers and some shrimp first round  ;D

Jello shots made by my wonderful wife!

Now some Leprechaun Eggs ;) and some veggies and dip My wife cutout the veggies and us Dips kept drinking and grilling :o

After a few eats we got thirsty  :o

...........
Had a few beer throughout the night and into the wee morning :)

All in all we had about 40 people stop, eat, drink, and just have fun! All that came thank you! all that could not make it thank you to J/K see you next cookout!  hope all in the WKC had as much fun as all of us had!!!

Well, I think you guys won.

The Kobe beef posted a few days had my head spinning but I agree with you. The variety shown here is just awesome.
