Is that parchment paper?  I did something similar in foil awhile back but I like the parchment idea better.  Can't wait to try this.  Maybe tonight

Looks fun!  Nothing quite like loading up a ranch.... Happy I can say that from experience!

Thanks for sharing....

Cheers!

Lookin' mighty tasty there! Weber briquettes look promising! Hope that little bunny wasn't the end result of that last pic.

Ranch cooks are the most fun!   Looks delicious!

I’m going on 5 years for my SnS 22 stainless.  It’s got close to 800 cooks.   No issues.  It’s the only one I use.

Thank you for the follow up on this! I totally understand that the 80728 grate is a niche item in the Weber world. I do hope it can be made available online in the future.

Charcoal Grilling & BBQ / Some Ranch and other miscellaneous action

The ranch pictures with the chicken, shrimp, and the baked pasta are from a barbecue with friends on the weekend.

Tonight, this rabbit seemed blissfully unaware of what that grill gets used for as I set up to cook a boneless pork rib roast.  No rotisserie this time, just on the grill indirect with a couple small pieces of cherry wood.
