Awesome cook!  Ive seen videos of people shopping in Canada and the food prices were crazy high compared to here.  Is that true or is that just certain areas?

Is that parchment paper?  I did something similar in foil awhile back but I like the parchment idea better.  Can't wait to try this.  Maybe tonight

I’m going on 5 years for my SnS 22 stainless.  It’s got close to 800 cooks.   No issues.  It’s the only one I use.

Thank you for the follow up on this! I totally understand that the 80728 grate is a niche item in the Weber world. I do hope it can be made available online in the future.
