Most of you are aware of the first poster, (see below) and many of you bought one. It's time for the next version, and I need your help. It took a long time to find a D-code vent, but we found one or two (you know who you are, and a new poster will find it's way to you) but in the process of pulling together every style of vent I realized I'm missing one more: an EH code 1994 vent. Who has one they can shoot a picture of for me? First one gets a free poster when it's done. Anyway, here's the list of all possible vent-codes for those interested. Collect them all! Please pass along any corrections - I'm not sure this is WKC-perfect yet.

That's all very interesting stuff.
Sorry, but I don't have a EH, not one that I can find without digging through the show to check.
Kettle collector AND cooker!

Are you looking for all new pictures of every vent code?

No, thanks,  I have plenty. I just need an EH to complete the set.

I took this today. It's on a new C&B performer. I'll get a better pic when I have my real camera with me.

Hey Marty,

Here is a shot of the 2014 AH code off of "Bisbee"  Looks like someone was having a bad day as it is a bit crooked.  Let me know if you want a "real" picture and I will clean it up and send you a quality JPG.

In an ongoing relationship with a kettle named Bisbee.

Interesting that the new vents do not have the laser-etched serial number on them. I need to get to my local Ace to see what they have and determine if there's a pattern to this mystery.

I have an AT with no serial number as well.

So I'll go out on a limb and speculate that an EH grill does not exist. Prove me wrong! In any case, here's a preview of the new poster. At 30" X 40", it will make a big statement! Every version of every coded vent - and a few extras - from '52 through today. Not sure if I will upload a smaller version, but you will be able to reduce it to your heart's content when you have it printed yourself. I do not plan to have this one printed. Troy or others in the club may have a connection to get that done, and we'll make that announcement when the time comes. I have hundreds of vent shots, and many of you will see your own among this collection. If I missed one of yours, it's likely a duplicate, out of focus, the wrong color, cropped weird or otherwise sub-par. (Like the '52 in the upper left corner - I need to re-shoot that kettle in the coming weeks) I'm sure I'll do another version some day, and I'm still collecting more vents, so keep 'em coming.

How does one get ahold of the file to make a poster?

Costco does 20"x30" prints for $8.99 and is by far the best deal around, unfortunately they don't do bigger and you have to be able to place the order online.

Additionally, I can make these at work but we charge more. With my discount I can do 30x40 for about $45. If we had lots of interest I might be able to get them done for less and we have a location in just about every city in the nation, orders can be placed with me and I can arrange for local pick up.

I would be happy to help coordinate this if there is interest enough.

Once I have things buttoned up, I will post a link to the original file - likely on Flickr. You will be able to download it from there. I've had issues with on-line printing is that the file os often reduced in resolution to squeeze through the pipeline. It's best to bring the file directly to the source if possible. Might be a few weeks before I can retake the '52 vent and polish up a few other things. but we're close. Thanks for the offer to print. Let's see where we stand in a couple more weeks.
