I went freezer diving yesterday and came up with some calamari steaks and swordfish. Not a bad day of fishing!
I started with vegetables in the square wok. This thing is a must have. I am looking for the smaller one on sale right now.
Then the sword, calamari and I picked up some salmon just in case. I dusted these with Boston Bay.
Then the "Gus"!
Joined by the mixed vegetables.
Voila! Served up with a side of
buttered rice. Yep buttered!
Stick that in your juicer!
