Maiden voyage of 22 Gold
« on: August 27, 2013, 05:35:29 PM »
Well. I fired up some stubb's with the weber fire starters and proceeded to get this grill dirty.
Chugging along - smoking a pork loin that had been marinating in maple syrup/mustard.

Pork loin done and squash. Already removed two roasted sweet potatoes and roasted red/jalapeņo peppers.

George got the design spot on when he designed the kettle. Even though this is my first time using this particular kettle, temp control was a breeze.
Nice sunset in NE Oklahoma - the dinner was fantastic :)
