Greg, When I do sliced pork I go Hot n Fast but on the rotisserie it cook even faster. When I just smoke it offset to slice it's usually about 5 hours. Rotisserie is faster go figure. Thanks for checking it out.
That looks great. I have never done a butt for sliced pork. Did you you truss it with twine?How is the tenderness ?
