Aristocratic Pizza

You don’t always need 600 degrees and pizza stones to make a tasty pizza.  The upside down baskets helped ensure the top and bottom were equally done.   Took 25 minutes or so.

Looks good Michael.
I do the upside down basket with the stone trick on the old Genesis for frozen pies all the time. Works great

By the way, this grill has a grate story.   It came to me by way of trade with [mention]Kneab [/mention]    The ashpan is from [mention]Bertl [/mention] via [mention]Jeff [/mention] and the new handle was a gift from [mention]bladz [/mention]
