Salmon and peach salsa. @jebivswife is a visual type learner and says, "Let's cook the cover" lol. So we did, I think we nailed it

Looks like you guys nailed it!  I love the lantern and wine picture BTW..... looks like such an inviting area.  Thanks for sharing!

Yeah, you really captured it perfectly.  I don't even know if the original chef could tell the difference.
