Decided to do both a rotisserie chicken and chicken thighs

I see you have a Weber ash shove hanging on the brick red Jon.   I use mine every time I use a daisy wheel kettle.  To bad Weber discontinued those years ago.  Any photos of the finished cook?

Yup! When i saw the shovel here actually i went and found one. Also here are the finished cooks. Chicken thighs are done in Heath Riles everyday rub and double basted in G. Hughes sugar free Maple Brown BBQ sauce. Its really good. The rotisserie chicken is also seasoned in Heath Riles.
