26” SSP Spinarri action!

Fired up the 26’r with some Blues Hog lump a chunk of Apple and some pineapple rinds and spun some skewers on the Spinarri Autoskewer rotisserie.
Mojo Pork tenderloin and Al Pastor spareribs trimmings.

I've got a couple of pounds of rib trimmings in my freezer that might just have to become pastor after reading this. That's a great looking cook.

I usually use pork sirloin and buckboard bacon but this trim was super tender
